you know what I'm so surprised at myself
that I haven't even done this before
because I eat oats religiously like I
mentioned that I wanna eat a breakfast
lunch and dinner and now I'm doing it
what's up guys what's cracking so today
I thought I would do a little fun
challenge just spice things up a little
bit you know today I am going to be
eating oats for 24 hours for the entire
day now I was actually thinking about
this a little bit deeper and I was like
you know what eating just like oats for
24 hours is a little bit like easy
because you can just make absolutely
anything you can make pizzas you can
make baked oats you can just make I
don't even know there's so many
possibility so I thought I would just
narrow it down a little
look I've although and narrow it down a
little bit now I've decided that I'm
only gonna be eating oatmeal for 24
hours so I'm talking the cooked running
you know sloppy stuff yeah I'm gonna be
eating that for 24 hours should be a
little bit more challenging so that's
that now I do eat oats almost daily and
some of the reasons why I almost eat
them daily is because one they give me
so much energy like I could be climbing
walls for hours because it gives me so
much energy - they are so satiating like
when i eat a bowl of oats i don't feel
hungry for like 6 hours I'm not
exaggerating because I actually do eat
quite a big portion of oats
I think oats are like one of the best
foods for your body just for your
overall general health so yeah that was
just me speaking some nutrition facts
that you nutrition student things also
with this challenge type video I'm
hoping to give you guys some mill
inspiration maybe some recipes I don't
know we'll see how the day takes us hey
so for breakfast this morning
I'm thinking we're just gonna start off
easy just ease ourselves into this
hectic challenge so just gonna have a
normal standard bowl of oats
I might spice it up a little bit you
know see what my mind is up to in this
spine Wednesday morning so let's head to
the kitchen shall we let's go

okay so I'm outside right now and this
is the final cutter what sparked this
idea for it was that I yesterday I made
blueberry banana bread and I was like
you know what I'm just going to make
that in the oat form so today we're off
to a cracking start basically what I've
talked it with his banana more
blueberries the actual banana bread I
know so creative and a fat dollop of
almond butter so oh my god do you see
that Wow oh my god Oh perfection

so I couldn't even finish the entire
bowl of oats like my stomach right now
is about to explode I'm so full but I've
actually just got called into work like
I literally have to go right now so I
catch you we don't eat next which I will
have no idea
oops what's up guys hey so it is kind me
around two o'clock right now and I've
just come out of work and I haven't
eaten anything since breakfast
now that's poor I haven't eaten eight
hours and you're probably thinking am i
that's really like not good for you and
I understand I understand I know that's
not good for me and the thing is I'm
trying to stick to this challenge and
trying to stick to the challenge of only
eating oatmeal like cooked oats so like
I couldn't like I really couldn't just
cook oh it's at work like No so I want
to refer back to what I say that the
side of the video oh it's so like really
really satiating and like I didn't
really start to feel hungry up until
around well 30 but like I should really
get home now it's so freakin hot
and let's go make a second bowl of oats
you know well I uncharged it in the
wrong day to do this video
like it's like 37 degrees Celsius
outside today and like I am eating
cooked the entire day like I'm a bit
silly yeah I think so to be honest I
think I might cut down on the portion
size so instead of having one cup I
think I might do around like half a cup
oh oh my god I'm not crying you are I
think I'm just gonna have like play
notes I know it's so original oh my god
so fancies I just I don't want anything
rich this morning's breakfast actually
killed me I I went full out this morning
that was a big freaking mistake
do not go full out at the start look I
don't even want this being real here I
don't want this I want a big fat
smoothie but I set this challenge for
myself today
and I'm going to stick through it
because I don't give up that's a big fat
lie yeah
yummy I am so sorry yeah I also just
added some peanut butter and some
vanilla coconut yogurt on top so this is
it actually I should probably do a
proper shot of it this is it second bowl
of oatmeal oats whatever the hell you
want to call it mmm see I don't know if
this challenge is meant to strengthen my
relationship with oats or just ruin my
relationship with oats I mean I love
oats and I say that I can eat them for
breakfast lunch and dinner but like when
you actually physically start to eat it
for breakfast lunch and dinner um yeah
it's not something I would do under
regular basis I feel like our bodies
definitely need more variety than oats
in our lives but I'm having a great time
so there's that left hope both frickin
glub what's up squad so it is around
dinner time right now and I'm freaking
stressed out because I don't know what
to have I have been browsing the web and
I've come across two things oh I don't
even mention we're making this a savory
dish and like I'm kind of iffy about
that mm-hmm this could really like ruin
my relationship with oats like now I'm
on for like this Mexican style like oh
dish and then I found this one here it
looks like that that she looks really
good it kind of looks like a tofu
scramble and it just has onion garlic
Creamery mmm paprika cherry tomatoes
mushrooms oats water nutritional yeast
spinach salt and pepper I'm like oh my
god like that's like mmm I could make
that yep I think you women do that I'm
really scared
so let's go make it let's see how it
turns out

looks really good but like I know deep
down inside this oats in here and I'm
just suck it up and do it
he'll taste good I put heaps of spices
in it oh my god
let me try that again this here is the
best meal of the day I can't believe I'm
saying that

god you guys really need to try I'll

this a well and fall in love with savory
oats umm this is my second time eating
them the first time literally sucked
this time whoa I can't I'm done I'm done

eat anything else I'm gonna go to bed
soon because I'm gonna get up early
tomorrow for no reason and I just want
to get up earlier today's challenge was
actually really good would I continue to
eat oats for every meal no um
and to be honest and I think I'm gonna
be eating oats for the next couple of
days cuz I like um yeah I really kind of
need a break from it um my stomach is
definitely feeling something right now
it's just like am I like what the Frick
did you do
I don't know sis but like I wasn't
expecting to fall in love with savory
oats like excuse me like oh um you
should definitely try that recipe it's
