minutes of baking tent the top of the
bread with an aluminum foil to prevent
any over browning and placing a pan with
one cup of boiling water in the lowest
rack of the oven will help the smooth
oven spring resulting in bread with a
soft Crump inside and after baking you
will get a beautifully caramelized
golden brown loaf of oats and honey
